- General physical preparedness (GPP): We're constantly learning and growing, implementing the most effective tools from a variety of disciplines to create a broad base of fitness that lets us tackle life with ease: track & field, gymnastics, rowing, biking, Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, kettlebell lifting, and others. Some days we lift heavy, others we run fast, and yet others we combine these elements along with even more! We strive to master the basics, and also push our abilities forward by learning new skills. We engage in interval training, we go short, medium, and long; bodyweight, light, medium, and heavy. We mix it up, and it's always FUN!
- Group dynamic: This is the funnest way to exercise, which often lends itself to friendly competition, enabling each of us to attack the workout with higher intensity, which leads to better results in health, fitness, and character growth.
- Coach-led: The coach teaches, corrects, encourages, and works with each of the athletes in a small group setting to maximize their progress. Typically, the coach will lead the group through a general warm-up, instruction and practice on the movements for the day, and then the workout of the day, with a cooldown afterward.
